The construction crews at Seagrass Beach are quickly converting architectural drawings into reality in Crystal Beach, Texas. With 30 foot tall date palms planted at the top of the elevated pool, the horizon of Bolivar Peninsula will forever be changed, as Seagrass Beach raises the bar of beachfront living along the Texas coastline. "Seagrass Beach was designed to be the ultimate playground for families at the beach," said Brad Ballard, the real estate developer of Seagrass Beach. The development will feature a long list of amenities including a resort style pool and cabanas that are elevated 18 feet above sea level, 3 freshwater fishing ponds that will be stocked with fish, 2 lush communal lawns for the kids to play on that are visible from every homesite, a sandbox, a private and gated entrance from Highway 87 and the beach, a beachside fire pit, plus much more that is in the works. Seagrass Beach is more than just a place to have a beach house; it's redefining coastal living on the Texas Gulf Coast by incorporating amenities for families to enjoy while spending time at the beach.
