Article from the Beaumont Enterprise Newspaper discussing Seagrass Beach on the Bolivar Peninsula near Crystal Beach, Texas

Seagrass Beach is a new luxury beachfront subdivision on the Bolivar Peninsula, redefining the way Texans enjoy beach front life on the coast. With only 35 home sites and an elevated beachfront pool, Seagrass Beach is an exclusive and one of kind community with home sites starting at $225,000. Custom homes are available as a turnkey package and the developer will help you design and construct the perfect beach home to suit your needs.

Site plan of Seagrass Beach

Seagrass Beach homes are designed and constructed with sustainability in mind. All homes are built to meet the standards of the IBHS Fortified Home program, meaning they are engineered to withstand natural disasters much better than the typical homes being built on the peninsula. The bottom of the pilings are driven 16+ feet into the ground and all utilities are underground with the exception of 6 poles with transformers, designed by Entergy to withstand a hurricane. With no overhead power lines in the development, Seagrass Beach is the only beachfront development on Bolivar without power lines hanging outside the home.

The goal of Seagrass Beach is to create the ultimate family-friendly environment on Bolivar Peninsula. Luxurious outdoor amenities include a resort style pool with cabanas, stocked fishing ponds, beach side fire pit and plenty of green space for the kids to be kids. Seagrass also boasts state of the art sustainability design, with rainwater retention system that reuses the water through a custom designed irrigation system to irrigate the common green space throughout the 33.5 acre community.

Seagrass Beach strives to challenge the typical cookie cutter houses common to the Bolivar Peninsula and Texas Coast with architectural design for people with higher expectations.
